Terms of Service

By ordering from GOUTEM you agree to these terms. Menu items, prices and availability can change without notice; items marked "Not available" can't be ordered.

Orders are paid in cash or card when you receive or pick up your food. Please give a correct phone number and address so we can reach you.

Rewards and promotions have no cash value, can't be transferred, and may be changed or ended at any time.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to prepare and deliver your order: name, phone, email, delivery address and what you ordered.

Your details are shared only with the GOUTEM driver assigned to your order. We never sell your information.

At delivery, the driver takes a signature and photos of the food handed over, only to confirm the delivery. You can ask us to delete your account and saved address at any time.

Refund & Cancellation

You can cancel for free before we start preparing your order. Once cooking has started, the order can't be cancelled.

If something is missing or wrong, contact us the same day with your order number. You choose: an instant GOUTEM credit you can use on your next order right away, or a refund to your original card, which usually takes 7–10 business days to show up depending on your bank. Cash payments are refunded in cash or as credit.

Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the chosen time.

Delivery Policy

We deliver in the Columbus, OH area. Delivery is FREE on orders of $20.00 or more; otherwise a $4.99 fee applies.

Our hours: opening 9:00 AM, food orders 9:30–1:25, close 2:00 PM, opening 4:00–9:40 PM, closing 10:30 PM. Orders placed outside those windows are prepared for the next service.

Estimated times are shown on your tracking page, where you can follow your driver live until your food arrives.

Please be available at the address given. If we can't reach you after several tries, the order may be returned to the restaurant.
